- User Activity: Messages you send to your AI coach, goals, tasks, and feedback like “likes” or “dislikes.”
- Device Data: Basic technical info like your device type, app version, and IP address.
- Subscription Data: Purchase info and subscription status via Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Personalize your coaching experience.
- Track and improve your progress.
- Generate AI-based responses and task suggestions.
- Manage your account and subscriptions.
- Troubleshoot issues and improve the app.
3. AI and Message Processing
We process messages using AI platforms via N8N, currently using OpenAI. Your input may be sent to external AI services to generate responses or tasks. As we expand, additional AI providers may be added.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share your data with:
- Trusted Service Providers (e.g., Supabase, RevenueCat, OpenAI) to run core app functions.
- Legal Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using cloud-based services. While we use standard best practices, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of your data.
- Ask us to delete your data or close your account.
- Adjust your preferences at any time in the app.
7. Age Restrictions
Hi Coach AI is intended for users 17 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
9. Camera and Photo Access
Hi Coach AI may request permission to access your device’s camera and photo library. This is only used to allow you to upload or take a photo for your profile image.
We do not access your photos or camera for any other reason, and this feature is completely optional.
You can manage or revoke these permissions in your device settings at any time.
